Google Registry has just started an Early Access Program allowing to register a .rsvp domain name. A direct reference to the French expression “Répondez s’il vous plaît”, the new TLD is targeting all events organizers. For Google, the extension could become a new universal and memorable way for users “to confirm their plans” regarding any kind of events or parties, while facilitating the planning and organization of these events. A few companies have already shown interest in the concept, such as Hike.rsvp (a walking tours operator in San Francisco) and Wedding.rsvp (a wedding guest list tool).

The .rsvp domain registrations will become publicly available on November 15, 2022.
